These terms govern the public TripSpark beta: discovery, shortlist creation, estimate framing, and outbound supplier handoffs.

By using TripSpark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use TripSpark only in compliance with applicable law.
TripSpark currently provides discovery, shortlist, estimate, and click-out functionality for potential trips based on dates, budgets, interests, and similar planning inputs.
TripSpark shows informational estimates, fit signals, and date-alignment checks. Those outputs may not reflect final supplier pricing, taxes, fees, availability, refundability, seat or room inventory, or event access at click-out.
Accounts are not fully live yet. Current waitlist or account-status flows do not create a production login. Future account features may add more terms, controls, or security steps. Saved/local data may be browser-specific and may not sync across devices.
If TripSpark later introduces real accounts, payments, booking assistance, subscription features, or supplier-side checkout support, those features may be governed by additional product terms, payment terms, supplier terms, or account-specific rules presented at that time.
TripSpark is not the merchant of record, travel agency, booking provider, accommodation provider, airline, or event seller on this beta surface. Final booking contracts are between you and the third-party supplier you choose.
Third-party product names, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being compared. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Any comparison pages on TripSpark are editorial, scenario-based assessments tied to the facts and date shown on the page. They are provided for reference and product-evaluation context, not as universal performance claims, endorsements, or measured benchmark reports.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with it, scrape it at abusive volume, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, or use TripSpark in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
TripSpark and its product content, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep rights to feedback you lawfully own, but you grant TripSpark a right to use submitted feedback to improve the service.
TripSpark is a beta service and may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripSpark via snippetci.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from third-party supplier actions, pricing changes, cancellations, or availability errors.
TripSpark may suspend, limit, or terminate access if necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law applies. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, contact us first so we have a fair chance to resolve the issue directly.
TripSpark via snippetci.com may assign these terms as part of a corporate reorganization, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer. A failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TripSpark may update these terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
